So tomorrow begins another season of Jon and Kate ... some are excited while others are outraged. Me...I am indifferent. Well...to be brutally honest I am in the middle and kinda don't know where to stand.
While on one hand I understand why a lot of people are upset or rather looking at things in the negative. But I also believe in looking at the bright side of all situations.
I am a fan of Jon and Kate...I am a huge fan of the show but I want just want everyone to take their blinders of Kate off for a minute and look at the situation as a whole.
What I mean is don't get mad because a magazine is shining the G's in a negative light and praise the one's that only do positive ones. For me I think Kate is just as guilty as the others for spilling family stuff. I am not in anyway looking down on Kate...she is a lot stronger than most when it comes to a situation like this. But let's not assume that everything that comes of her mouth is liquid gold. Nor do we need to assume that everything she says is a lie either. I think that the best thing to do is to wait and see what they say.
As far as Kevins and Jodi go...words can not express appalled I was and totally disappointed in the fact that they came out with more innuendos and gossip than "truth". I personally could care less if Kate can bake or not. Nor is it news that she doesn't fold her laundry either. She (Kate) told us she didn't do it in the 3rd season. However I can completely understand if Kate doesn't want to have anything to do with them anymore. Believe me if my family ever did anything like that boy they better hope I never get to them.
And I still think that Kate should have cancelled her media tour. I really don't care if it had been planned since Thanksgiving of last year. With all that's going on I believe that Kate would have gained a whole lot more sympathy if she was shown goin home and activly trying to work on her marriage instead of going from show to show answering questionsand topping it off with a cover story. But that is just my opinion.
Tomorrow should be interesting. What do you all think will happen tomorrow night?

It makes me sad that there aren't more like you out there in Gosselin blogging land. People who can see things from more than one perspective. People who can see the good and the bad in different situations. People who can acknowledge flaws in others without ripping them to shreds.

What's going to happen tomorrow? I am not sure. One part of me wants the show to end and this family fade into obscurity, the other part wants to see this work out for the kids. I think Jon and Kate have changed a lot since this show started and its time for them to decided which is important.
I think that Jodi and Kevin want their 15 minutes of fame. What kind of people who say they want to help the kids think that adding to the gossip gets the job done.
I think Kevin should hide in shame. To think of a brother treating his sister like that makes me sick.
Jodi and Kevin get your own life.
Maybe Kevin knows his sister is a narcissist and there is no stopping her, certainly Jon isn't doing it. Jon acts like he has battered spouse syndrome, low self-esteem..worn down over time and has given up because the network and powerful Kate won't allow it. They want their ratings, money, and fame. They NEED the sextuplets to accomplish this. How shameful to use children for money for Cole Haan shoes, fancy cars, ATVs, fancy trips, spas, clothing.....the kids need parents that are kind, not belittling, controlling and such sarcasm that comes out of Kate's mouth. Get this woman some help and someone save these kids...pass some laws! For all children of reality shows.
PS A good writer that just sold 500000 copies should not have to be out promoting such as Kate is...me thinks she likes being gone with her "body guard". Where is that co-writer, Beth Carson, these days?
I too am one of the people in the "middle". I enjoy the show and love watching the kids.
I personally don't understand those that defend Kate in everything. I too am not about bashing Kate for every little thing. However, I don't quite get how some people feel she is not at fault for anything or excuse some of her parenting issues.
I usually comment on BabyMama's site and I think she handles it well. I just sometimes feel like it is a Kate fansite and not a Jon and Kate Plus Eight fansite. Not really the site itself but the commenters.
I think BabyMama has been more than fair in letting us discuss the show though, unlike some other sites. One thing I can't stand is when people pick on the children. It's unforgivable.
